A Little About Me
I am pleased to be teaching the young minds of A&M Consolidated Middle School. This is an exciting new year for both your children and myself. We will travel the road of language learning hand in hand to ensure that everyone makes it to the final destination; fluency.
I grew up in the small town of Nome, Texas. I am number 7 of 8 children, and sadly the youngest boy. My red hair traces back to Ireland, and then back a little further to the vikings. I enjoy reading science fiction and fantasy novels as well as playing video games with my friends and family.
I married, on April Fools Day, a beautiful lady named Michelle. Through her, I have become involved in some of the local theatre groups such as Navasota Theatre Alliance, Stage Center, and the first professional theatre in the BCS area, This Is Water Theatre. I try and keep my involvement behind scenes though.
I love the language of Spanish. I lived in El Salvador for 2 years and have traveled to Spain twice for different Study Abroad programs. I graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2013 with a degree in Spanish. There is so much to love about this language and I hope your children learn to feel the same way I do about this beautiful language. Muchas gracias!
